职位描述：岗位职责：
1. 完成MDM 工作范畴内的相关工作，包括但不限于：主数据流程处理，质量把控，规定服务时间的达成率，MDM CoE 团队的联系窗口，问题解决（根本原因分析），数据质量的监控，
2. Support implementation and monitoring of master data quality rules and master data definitions
支持并监控主数据的规则和定义；
3. Conduct issue root cause analyses and IM touchpoint for system issues fixes
主导问题根本原因分析并支持IM 部门解决相关系统问题；
4. Monitoring of (master) data quality
监控数据质量；
5. Collaborate with Data Domain Experts from GBS MDM CoE periodically to collect, collate and analyze data for DQ metrics
与CoE 团队的数据专家合作定期进行数据核对和分析；
6. Notifying the Data User on the status of requests (e.g. rejected requests and reason
通知用户需求的状态，（比如退回的需求和原因）
7. business for additional information on completeness of master data requests
负责用户关于数据的其他的需求；
8. Respond to business with regular updates on master data mass uploads and large master data requests
处理主数据的常规更新和批量数据需求处理；

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor level
本科及以上学历，全日制优先
2. Experience in implementation of MDM in a Shared Services environment preferred
有共享服务中心相关主数据实施工作经验优先；
3. Experience in complex IT system environments as user；Experience in root cause analysis preferred
有使用复杂IT 系统的经验；有根本原因分析的经验优先；
4. Good English reading and writing skills (good English listening and speaking will be preferred)
良好的英语读写能力（英语听说能力俱佳
优先），
5. Customer service mind-set with excellent customer service skills.
